Considering the fact it is not possible to change the lamp should it fail they could be cheaper. However, this is the responsibilty of the manufacturer (KSR) and not the supplier. The saving grace is taht they have a 5 year warranty which ElectricalSupermarkets.com have assured me they will honour. As stated in a previous review the service and delivery provided by this retailer beats Amazon Prime hands down. I should also add that if you phone them with a query they answer straight virtually away which is unheard of in this day and age.
