Hi George,
If you look at the installation sheet that would have been in the box with the lights it explains how to adjust the PIR, if you no longer have that you can download them on the product page under documents via are website.
If your still having problems maybe contact the company you purchased them from as I dont believe you brought them from us or the manufactuer KSR Lighting. Hope this helps
